Our seasoned teachers are genuinely passionate about teaching the diverse elements of the art and science of Yoga to every body, regardless of your flexibility, experience, weight or conditioning.
Our classes emphasize a blend of physical, mental, energetic and spiritual work as a means of realizing our true potential as human beings.
We offer a range of classes and workshops appropriate for brand-new beginners to advanced practitioners, including a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Training & Certification Program. We believe in making the path of yoga accessible to all, for the benefit of all.
